Is that cartoon in terms of "comic Strip" or cartoon in terms of animation?

I'd expect in terms of animation since this is on youtube and the linear format is the thing here.

2. Why is there no promotion about prize awards on the Channel Frederator site?
3. What other kinds of prizes are awarded?
