ack! is that why when i went to the states the wasabi wasn't spicy?? i remember having to use a whole lot of wasabi and then when i went back home i used the same amount i used when i was in the u.s. and totally regretted it!

actually, sushi refers to the rice, not the fish, the fish has nothing to do with the name, there are some that don't have any type of fish or meat at all
