Hadag Nahash - The Sticker Song (Shirat hasticker) Subtitled

Back

הדג נחש שירת הסטיקר
The popular Israeli sticker song.
Released in 2003 and written by David Grossman who is a popular Israeli novelist.

There are English subtitles for those of you who can't understand Hebrew and would like to know what's they're saying.

Note: I actually have nothing to do with the translation...so don't bother criticizing me in the comments.

wow....this song is about STICKERS of slogans you find in israel...it's not their opinion...STICKERS you find everywhere on the street and on cars in Israel....someone doesn't know his dag nahash
it shows all of the people and opinions of israel.....

It's also a play on words. When young kids first get their driver's license in Israel, they put this sticker on their car that reads "Nahag Chadash." So they just rearranged the letters. It's a spoonerism.

Not really. Those stickers are really old, and they do that just to let people know that they are new drivers so people behind them don't get pissed off when they are driving so slow. Lol

That's hard to get though if you aren't familiar with Hebrew. I think that line goes by most of my friends' heads.

That's an arab scraft. And when they said no arabs no terror it was taken from a sticker (In English sticker means a propaganda sentence) if you get what I mean.
