I love the guy, but dude, he even admitted to paying hommage to "Locomotion" by using the first few bars of that song on the beginning of Born To Run.

..."Rip Off" implies Bruce Springsteen intentionally used another's work. Springsteen doesn't rip off anyone, especially from some obscure artist(s) more than twenty years ago. Springsteen is one the greatest songwriters of his generation and he has earned the trust of millions around the world. Millions if not billions of songs have been written, songwriters don't know or refer to each one. That is stupid.
