Man,the end of Evangelion was shit.
Please,don't misunderstand me,the Anime is still good,but this was crap.

I know,Shinji got some serious mental problems,but damn,through all the quarrel,all the differences between Shinji and Asuka,you can see clearly out that Asuka is at least "interessted" in Shinji...and he liked her too.

But in the last episodes Shinji became a gayfuck-asshole,masturbating in front of a inpatient,and rolling into a ball while Asuka is just before dying.

This was elusive...I mean,holy shit,even If a man got fucking serious mental problems he would at least TRY to get EVA 01 out of the shit,and run berserk if he must see (or in Shinji's case - hear) how a good friend battles for her existence.

I know,the "Boy meets girl,power of love blah blah"-plot is very old,but it still works.
It would have rocked the world if Shinji would have started to get up the nerve to save Asuka.

It would have kicked asses if Shinji would have seen Asuka suffering,screamed some epic shit like "What have you done to my girl?!" and mete out punishment to the EVA's the spartan Chuck Norris style.

But instead we saw Shinji becoming a sick pervert coward,and Asuka became breakfast...not to mention the "great" thing that happened to mankind.

you keep saying Shinji is a man...he is 14 years old in charge of protecting the world...if that doesnt cause some kind of stress i dont know what would...

im sure everyone has tried to run away from home/school/some kind of problem before and most people do that around his age...

i love Shinji's character... its so real
