as far as i'm aware the only time these 2 have done a scene together in a film, they were in godfather 2 i believe but never in the same shot.

this is a truely awesome scene from a great movie

De Niro and Pacino are not greatest or best actors by any means. Both sure were great in 70's and early 80's flicks with versatile performances, but they are way overrated by now. For last 20 years or so De Niro & Pacino have been mainly "acting" themselves.

They are not even especially charismatic(De Niro is actually a rather dull) persons, so it's more like boring to watch the same uninspiring performance in almost every role of their later careers.

"Heat" is a good movie anyway :)

Look at one below what a poor little sheep the truth always hurts I guaranty all or most of there fans from their big hits are no longer fans all because of their fucking greed with no regard for paying fans Al what did you think after you singly made so many GOD FATHERS it ruin even the first one and Bobby your no better making credit card commercials , carrying yourself with no CREED , did you think we wouldn't notice , you two need a rest from the movie business a long rest WE HAD ENOUGH !
