for scorpion

scorpion swore to protect the younger sub-zero and even betrayed and turned against shao kahn in doing so

since scorpion was a servent to shao kahn

he switched sides and helped earthrealm in order to protect sub-zero

well theres no evidence frost is sub-zero's sister

though however

sub-zero does have a sister

when sub-zero and his older brother where old enough there father took them back to china to join the lin quai and the mother and sister remained in the USA

but the sister would contain all the cryomancers abilities like ability to freeze so frost could very well be sub-zero's sister

sub-zero is a human cryomancer hybrid his father is a cryomancer mother human, cryomancer has the ability to use ice

I just realized, at the beginning, Quan Chi just could've gotten any old bones in a sack to hand off to the Lin Kuei grandmaster.
Also, "The Amulet! I have Shinnok's Amulet!" *shove and yoink, Quan Chi falls to his death, Sub-Zero retain's amulet* "Who's Amulet?"

scorpion joined to kill sub-zero which he did and then he came back as noob saibot

his brother replaced him as sub zero and his the sub zeoro we play as now

noob saibot and sub zero are brothers
