Great detailed instruction guys, thanks for all this (we had our first lindy class tonight and this clears up a bunch of things we wondered about). You don't need to be so /serious/ though! I'll follow your other videos for sure as I practice the lindy basics. Thanks.

No it doesn't. If you name your company glaxosmiTHKliNe, the internationally-known GlaxoSmithKline could almost certainly sue you.

If you have some issue with their use of iDance, have the owner of the other iDance file a law suit against them proving that either:

1) Your iDance has a national trademark on the use of that name,
2) That the success of your iDance company inherently grants it such a trademark
3) That this iDance knowingly used the name to reap the benefits of your iDance

4) That this iDance AND your iDance are competing on a national level and thus, because yours was established first (if it was), your naming takes precedence

And most important of all, that you (or the relevant iDance owner you are complaining on behalf of here) sent a written request explaining your grievance and seeking an out-of-court resolution from your office, with date (certified mail) and this iDance refused to cooperate.

And they already have a prima facie defense since they
