Seriously. Did they expect him to stop screaming after they tasered him again? Can't believe people are actually justifying this shit.

it was little brutal... what happened to the officer and student?

Twat got what he deserved. Could have co-operated and went, but nah

buddy... its hard to stand after being tased.
search cops getting trained on the taser, they have medics onsite and protective mats... how safe!

I think both parties are at fault. Mentally ill people should be treated a lot more compassionately. A guy who refuses to stand up and chooses to get tased again is not in his right mind. The truth is the cops were lazy and thinking about their low back pain. Just bend at the knees and lift him out. But this is not "unprovoked police brutality" either. There's lots of provocation. What a baby this guy is!

"maxheat989-What normal person would want to get shocked multiple times when it could be prevented" ---exactly, I've seen it over and over you tell people to do something simple like lay down and put your hands behind your back and they simply won't do it.

maybe next time the fool will follow procedure. He claimed racial profiling was why he refused. If that was true why would he not just show the card AND THEN file a complaint? The fact is, regardless of whether or not he was a threat, he broke a rule. he was asked to leave, he refused. Thus he was tased. He was given the option to comply, He did not.

well i agree someone was threatened, and the threat was carried out. ges goin to the library and forgeting your id is a pretty heavy offence.
Medulaman683 (November 13, 2008 at 4:50 pm)
The fact that he didn't show his ID doesn't make him in and of itself any kind of threat! Common logic proves this. Now, if he did something or had a gun or a knife on him then yes, that would be a threat; BUT he DIDN'T! I can't believe you fail to understand that failure to show ID immediately means that someone is a threat or a "terrorist". That kind of ignorant illogical outmoded thinking shouldn't be considered grounds or justification for tazering an innocent person 6 or 7 times.
Medulaman683 (November 13, 2008 at 4:46 pm)
Are you ignorant or just retarded? Or maybe obviously a mixture of both because only someone as arrogantly idiotic as you could possibly accuse my argument as being ridiculous while yours is quite possibly the most sub-moronic piece of rubbish I have ever heard. The fact that he didn't show his ID doesn't mean shit you fucking cretin. Again, you completely missed the point of my last post, which makes a hell of a lot more sense and has a hell of a lot more logic than yours did dumbass.
