The best NeoClassical shredder of all time. Technique up the ass. Great strat tone, vibrato and feel. He gets a bad rap, but FAWK he's good!!!

ZZZZZZZZZ. Let's see how fast we can play in Harmonic Monior,(and every now and then, pentatonic minor). I agree with the original poster, that Paul Gilbert is better in every way, with much more variety in the chops department.

....sorry to say paul gilbert is better in everyway =p if you really know alot about both guys you'll know that yngwie doesnt even come close to paul. dont get me wrong their both amazing, but paul is just incredible

One thing I love about Yngwie, unlike 99% of today's guitarists, he is a terrific musician. He can do more than just play fast as hell.
