both my grandparents are passed away now; however i have a feeling that one of my relatives was a Geisha, and i did not ever ask, because that sort of thing was never discussed. i saw kimono around the house, and they were one of the most beautiful things i've seen in my life, so far. some of us, including myself, take the art of being Geisha seriously. so, to me this is not something that should be laughed at. thank you.

Almost like something out of Memoirs of a Geisha.

I've wondered how they would use the restrooms wearing all that

just so every one knows that is not a geisha that is a maiko(apprentice geisha) you can tell by the insanely long sash and sleeves, the high platform sandles, the elaborate decorations in her hair and the red and white under kimono a full pledge geisha's under kimono is completly white. lols sorry it just bugged me that it was saying that it could be either.

Great vid!
It's a Maiko. You can tell by her hair, obi, and shoes. Also the long sleeves on the kimono.
