Hilarious video, but helpful. I find this helps me out when I occasionally get backed up. If you experienced bad results, just keep using it once or twice a day-- it seems to loosen up mucous over time. I find after a few days mine feel a lot better.

This didn't work.. I even put in hot water + 2 packets.. i put it in the clogged side and nothing came out the other side. I put it in the other side and it didn't come out the clogged side, but came out my mouth and I choked on it. tasted like salt.

I HAVE GOTTA TRY THIS.

ABSOLUTLY HAVE TO.

I have sinus infections, ALL THE TIME.

I have something called accute/chronic sinusitis.

OH, and, my right side, of my nose is blocked, by a bone.

My brain comes down, to my nose, so the Doctors are trying to DEBATE weather to even attempt to unblock this side.

When my left side gets stopped up, I AM IN BIG TROUBLE.

I never heard it explained that way, but I know exactly what you're talking about. LOL

Maybe if you're retarded. It goes in one nostril out the other. I imagine it stings a bit at first, but you'd get used to it.

I have used a sinus clense and it really works and is not at all painful.
