I see what you mean. At the same time, Wayne is just being himself, which is where he strays from those who are posturing. He also speaks to the listener and, to some people, has an engaging personality. 50 is not trying to do anything but get paid; Weezy gets his money, but he still appears on dozens of songs. Why? He loves doing it. He calls himself the best rapper in order to challenge these mainstream fools to step their game up, otherwise they're out of sales. 50's stagnant.

Disco is dead and so is Hip Hop / rap or whatever you wanna classify it as both are heavy influences on each other, so if disco died why cant this music die either ? denial much?

there is nothing real about snoop dogg he sold out , and made a mockery of what rap was about in the first place , just the fact that you think snoop dogg is keeping rap alive is the reason why it is dead right now
