I think it's from the original 80s song Africa by Toto. We just heard it tonight on xm radio and my daughter said she remembers it more fondly because of this Christmas rendition of it from this video!

The tune is from an old band called Toto and the song is "Africa". They weren't around for long but I loved 'em!
