In 1999 an important document was published in France entitled, UFOs and Defense: What must we be prepared for? ("Les Ovni Et La Defense: A quoi doit-on se préparer?"). This ninety-page report is the result of an in-depth study of UFOs, covering many aspects of the subject, especially questions of national defense. The study was carried out over several years by an independent group of former "auditors" at the Institute of Advanced Studies for National Defense, or IHEDN, and by qualified experts from various fields. Before its public release, it has been sent to French President Jacques Chirac and to Prime Minister Lionel Jospin. The report is prefaced by General Bernard Norlain of the Air Force, former Director of IHEDN, and it begins with a preamble by André Lebeau, former President of the National Center for Space Studies (Centre National D'études Spatiales), or CNES, the French equivalent of NASA. The group itself, collective author of the report, is an association of experts, many of whom are or have been auditors of IHEDN, and it is presided over by General Denis Letty of the Air Force, former auditor (FA) of IHEDN.

They dont use a sickle. The design you see is the result of parts of the crop pressed down while the other parts still stand.

This is my opinion: Nobody can do this walking through the field with a sickle. These figures were projected as a whole, it was done in a few seconds. How it was done I don´t know but I would assume some very advanced technology is used, by whoever.

But they should have the same figures, cubes and triangles are the same on the moon. The symbolic meanings attached vary, of course.

Its really not even much of a question. All of these symbols that we know, and figures we recognize as something man made. If it were aliens why do we recognize our language in it. Why dont we see figures and languages we dont recognize to be human. And I guess beings with the power to travel trillions of miles only way to communicate is by messing up farmland???

You can go on youtube right now and find videos of people making crop circles. The fact that some of you choose to just ignore that evidence is just crazy. If you research this you will see that the first crop circles were nothing more than circles. Then as people started doing more they got more advanced with the designs. You can watch these videos for yourselves, what more do you need. You are stuck on this idea that if I cant figure how then it must be paranormal. Are u really that gullible?

The question this boils down to for me is: Man or ET ?
If ET, then I would like to know whether they live among us unrecognized in another dimension, or if every time they come here travelling from Sirius.
If man-made then I would like to know who thinks them out and how they are put there and what their purpose should be.
