Yes chinese communist party killed over 12 million tibetans, and more than 83 million chinese it's a fact! I have to say it to all western people!

When the tibetans "SHARE ONE WIFE WITH 2 OR 3 BROTHERS" the CCP doesn;t put they in prison , respect the tibetans; culture... Surely you won;t be able to dream to do this in the US OR Britain.

what is a good joke?
some people burys his head in the sand in hope of not facing the reality of XiZang is part of China, which is recognized by every country in this world.
keep stucking your head long enough would deplete any sense left in your brain, better wake up now.

xizang ~ this is joke ~ we all laughed at it
previos to 1951 no one even hear this term, it is a made up name, trying pretend to be -old- name but it is not
if Chinese people had courtesy to find a name that could be closer to Tibetan name -Bod- or -Po- it would be more honorable, but xizang means nothing to us. Even in Tibetan we say Gyana for China, resemble Chinese word to respect their own name.

You don't see an Indian national or Italian or Mexican, unhappy with anything in his or her own country go seek assistance from another country to attack his own country. Its like asking your neighbour to attack your parents just because you don't fully agree with them. That's the problem with you Zang ethnic minority (Tibetan) of Xizang, China. Whatever grievances you have with your motherland, China, the doors to peaceful discussions has always been open to your leaders.

西è is the common name used in China, HK, Taiwan and Singapore... in English the tone become "Xizang"
what's the problem?

It also used to be called "Peiping."
Funny - you say XiZang is a modern term for Tibet? I thought Tibet had been part of China for 700 years? What was Tibet called before 1951?

No, Saulan, Beijing used to be called "Peking", and that's only 60 yrs ago. Naming changes over the time. "XiZang" is Tibet's mordern name.

Isn't it interesting that no one in the world outside of China refers to Tibet as "XiZang"?
Shanghai is Shanghai - - Beijing is Beijing - - but Tibet it Tibet.
I think the Chinese government knows better than to push the "Xizang" thing for now; in fact I'd bet dollars to doughnuts there were specific instructions given to Wu Mao Dang-its to refrain from pushing the issue too hard.
Poidsfi points out that Beijing used to be "Peking" - but "Peking" reflects a Chinese word; Tibet does not.
