Actually lvl 20, I beat culex at lvl 21. I used the lazy shell on him.

Honestly, this was a skill less battle, your people are way to over powered, I beat him with lvl 21 characters and no lazy shell gear. What's with the 999 frog coins too, just curiouse.

* Beat the Axem Rangers and get the 6th star.
* Go to Moleville.
* Talk to the Toad that sells rare stuff, His third item will be the "Frying Pan".
* Make sure you have 300 coins to buy.

Bowser alongside Mario and Princess?????!!!!??? Fighting some evil wizard?????!!!???? Can anyone explain to me just WTH is going on here??? (i never played this game)
