LMAO when he mentioned the "Mexican Midget" that's when he knew he wasn't a cop...but it was ABOUT to go on too long (It didn't) so it was PERFECT timing...they let it go on JUST ENOUGH that they could let the real funny part fly...even though the guy making the call could get arrested for impersonating an officer...that's BALLS...5 stars
