The Su-35 carries both ols and the irbis E radar but the radar is quite heavy so they replaced the Su-35 engines for a more powerful ones.

Russians have created a anti-stealth unit. Yes its called OLS (optics location station) it can see and detect the temperature changes of objects and aircraft from 15 to 45km away. There are many ways to detect stealth through C-Band and X-Band Ghz frequencies to low-Band Mhz radar and metric radars that can detect stealth airborne threats and also Bi static and Multi static radar are able to detect extremely weak static energies coming off the B-2 and F22 planes.

The whole thing depends on the PILOT, and then the aircraft of course! Consider its skills, real combat situations (or real missions at least) he's been through, how much he knows its plane and its limitations, his will to fight, his rage, and things like that.

The su-47 does have stealth, even that the Russians didn't mass produce it, because they know it's just going to be out done by the f22 and the f22 is still improving. FYI stealth is mainly for air to land missions... in a air-air dog fight stealth has little effects.

stealth can so be use to sneek up on emeny planes and get the frist punch. the f-22 is clearly not as manoverable as the su-37. since when is the su-47 not steath

Wrong! Stealth is the most important advantage the US has in air-to-air combat. F-22 can launch a missile at any known fighter today without being seen. An opposing plane can't fire a missile because the stealth reflects it's avionics systems. Meaning you can shoot them, but they can't shoot you. The Russians have created a anti-stealth unit, but it is very short range and I think it can only detect earlier versions of stealth.

You write bullshit and you know it. Even at Red Flag this year the F15 beat the SU30MKI in every dogfight. After 3 days the Indians didn't want to conduct that exercise anymore because they were getting beaten so badly.

For those who write that the Su37 and 47 are s wonderful don't know what the hell they are talking about. Russia won't even put these planes into production.
